What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI Analyst and the studio: an AI Analyst question costs 3 credits, a prompt enhancement 1, a mockup 6 per product view, a scene photo 8 and an AI graphic 10 to 25 depending on its export size (1K, 2K or 4K). Etsy data never uses credits, and boards and calculators are free.
How do the daily Etsy lookups work?
Every account gets free Etsy data lookups each day: 50 on Free once your email is confirmed, 1,000 on Starter, 4,000 on Pro and 12,000 on Business. Every research tool and MCP data call counts toward the same allowance, and it resets at 00:00 UTC. Without an account it is 10 a day across the research tools. At the limit, come back after the reset or upgrade for more.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing month, so they do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire. When you run a tool, your monthly credits are spent first and top-up credits after them.
Do yearly plans get all their credits upfront?
No. Your credits refresh every month, the same as on monthly billing; you just pay less. Daily Etsy lookups are the same on both.
What happens when I run out of credits?
A Studio or AI run that costs credits stops before it starts and tells you, so nothing is taken. Top up or upgrade to keep going, or wait for your monthly credits to refresh. Etsy lookups, boards and calculators keep working.
Do I pay for a run that fails?
No. When the image studio or the AI Analyst does not return a result, the credits for that run go back to your balance automatically.
What do 1K, 2K and 4K mean?
They are the export sizes of the AI graphics tools: the background remover, design extraction, design variations and the t-shirt design generator. Visitors and the free plan export at 1K, which costs 10 credits. Every paid plan can also export at 2K for 15 credits or at 4K for 25 credits.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Billing in your dashboard and choose Manage billing to change or cancel your plan in the Stripe customer portal. You keep your plan until the end of the month or year you paid for, and your top-up credits stay.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Without an account you get 10 Etsy lookups a day across the research tools, and 3 AI graphics a day at 1K. A free account raises that to 50 lookups a day once your email is confirmed, plus 50 credits a month for Studio and AI.
How are payments handled?
Through Stripe. We never see or store your card number, and receipts for plans and top-ups are listed under Billing in your dashboard.
