eMarketInsight provides research, listing, pricing and design tools for people who sell on Etsy and other marketplaces. Some tools are free without limits, some have a free daily allowance, and paid plans with credits may be offered later. We may change, add or remove tools at any time.
Search volumes, sales, revenue, competition and opportunity scores are estimates built from public marketplace activity. They are a signal to help you decide, not exact figures, and they can be wrong or out of date. Fee calculators use the standard published fee rates, which marketplaces can change. Check important numbers before you rely on them. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
Only upload images you own or have permission to use. You keep the rights you already have in your images. Results produced by the studio tools are provided for you to use; you are responsible for making sure the way you use them, including any designs you sell, does not infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights. AI results can contain mistakes or resemble existing work, so review them before you publish.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made using the tools.
If you buy a plan or credits once they are available, the price, what is included and how to cancel will be shown before you pay. Payments will be processed by Stripe.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
