The Etsy Search Ranking Checker shows which listings rank for a keyword, with price, shop, 30-day sales and revenue, and can highlight your own shop in the results.
Before you compete for a keyword, it helps to see who already holds it. The Etsy search ranking checker takes one phrase and lists the listings that rank for it, each with its photo, title, shop, price, 30-day sales and estimated revenue. Add your shop name in the optional field and your listings in the results are highlighted, so you can check your Etsy ranking without scrolling through page after page of search results.
Sellers who have just updated a title or tags and want to know whether the change helped. Print-on-demand shops checking whether a design sits among the leaders for its main phrase. Anyone planning a new product who wants to study the field before buying stock or uploading designs.
Shoppers tend to click listings near the top of the results, so a listing buried deep in search can go unseen no matter how good it is. Etsy decides placement using many signals, including how well the title and tags match the search, the quality of the listing and the shop's record with customers. Looking at the listings that win a phrase shows you what those signals add up to in practice.
Suppose you sell personalized cutting boards and enter "personalized cutting board" with your shop name. In this example, your listing appears in the results with 6 sales in the past 30 days, while the leading listings show 80 to 150 sales at prices between $35 and $60. Their titles open with the occasion, such as "wedding gift" or "gift for mom". That gives you two concrete changes to test: lead your title with the occasion, and ask whether your $28 price signals lower quality next to the leaders.
Each row is one listing that ranks for your keyword. Every column can be sorted: order by 30-day sales to see the strongest sellers, by revenue to see where the money goes, or by price to see how the market is spread from budget to premium.
Price is the listing's current price. 30-day sales counts estimated orders over the past month, and revenue is the estimated income from those sales, both drawn from Etsy marketplace data tracked by eMarketInsight. A listing that ranks but sells little may be new or poorly priced. One that keeps selling week after week has proven demand behind it.
Type your shop name in the highlight field to mark your own listings. If none are marked, your listing is not among the ranked results for that phrase yet. Check that the exact phrase appears in your title or tags and that the listing sits in a fitting category, or target a narrower phrase. Keep in mind that Etsy can tailor results to the shopper and their location, so treat this table as a view of the market rather than the exact page any one buyer sees.
